Training Rocky Style!
*Edit*
Need ideas on where to start. Anyone?
I've come to a decision!! That decision? To decide on decisively
training myself in a more simplistic and productive style!
When I thought of giving free commissions as a way to both give gifts and help me practice my skills, I didn't realize that I'd become obessessed in making art way beyond my experience, thus hating myself if I ever failed to reach the epically high bar I had given into reaching. THIS IS UNEXCEPTABLE!!!
Comissions shall continue, but now I plan to make sure that these gifts I give to friends and strangers alike are of highest caliber. And in order to do this, I must do the most cliche thing in the book!...Practice practice practice.
Twill not be an easy road, I will need to ask more than ever for help from my art sensei, and stuff tutorial after tutorial through my brain. For the art world is a wrecking machine! To beat it ya gotta eat lightnen and crap thunda!
If anyone has practical advise that they know can help me improve the realism of my style, please tell! I'll be trying to throw art piece after art piece into the gallery machine in order to figure out what not to do! And remember: the more you teach, the better gift I'll beseach!...INDEED!! Cue the Rocky Training Montage!
