1) When you send me commission details, use the following format:
Commission Subject: Description goes here. Character NAMES may be used, but do NOT put links to each character's design in the middle of the description.
Characters: Description and/or links to character designs go here.
2) And I cannot stress this enough: PAYMENT FIRST!!! I do not want to wait for two weeks to get fully paid the last minute before somebody's commission is up. If you do not pay within 48 hours of getting the slot, I will give it to someone else. (This does not apply to anyone paying with cash via traditional mail.)
P.S. Also, do not send payment, and then ask for something extra on the commission you forgot in your first note. We give at least one day notice in the form of signal journals, such as this, so you can
plan out what you want ahead of time. I've let this slide on first offenses, but I really REALLY do not like having multiple notes of details for the same pic order. Failure to heed this will result in
a charge fee, now increased to $25, up front or I will draw ONLY what is in the first note.
P.P.S. Do not send payment in advance before I've read your commission subject and approved it. I will send the money back. (Again, this does not apply to anyone playing with cash via
traditional mail.)
