Does anyone have any experience with this VR helmet?

I bought a used OSVR headset and the screen orientation is at a 90 degrees when I hook it up to the laptop. I'm not exactly sure what's going on here. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

I wish I could help but I predominantly use an occulus quest and am horrible with computers. I asked around with some of my friends but none of them were sure either
