And as I am an honest Puck...With all this boredom stemming from a lack of anything not-school related, I started thinking about where I want to go after I get my liberal arts degree. Looking back on all the places I've been, in the states I've lived in or near...
I think one of my favorite places has been either San Antonio or New Braunfels, Texas. Both places have a lot of cultural sites, and plenty to do. SA is home to places like the River Walk, El Mercado, and the Tower of Americas. When I lived there, we always spent plenty of weekends downtown. Plus, with how mixed the population was, I always had practice in speaking Spanish. Then NB is half an hour away from there, and houses it's own stuff like Launda Park and Schlitterbahn.
I know moving northward would be nice, tho. I dunno. Still need to think on it more. Still have a bit of time before any college stuff is done, so until then I guess I have to suck it up here. Still want to move out of this house, dammit. Come on, job...
