Update 11/29 Another hospital

Yesterday I went to another hospital, but this time I went to one where they accepted my coverage, I had an abdominal ultra sound and they said my organs were a little swollen, but they found nothing serious. They asked me for other tests and oh surprise, it was also clean.
The clinician says there is a possibility that this is very acute gastritis or an ulcer.
I'll have to go to a gastroenterologist. He may send me to have an endoscopy to finally clarify my doubts.
Although, researching on the internet, I do not have coverage to have an endoscopy, and I do not know how much it will cost me TT_TT
Anyway, if I have any other news I will let you know.
