SubscribeStar? PayPal alternative? So many questions...

So SubscribeStar is a popular patreon alternative from what I've read, but is it worth it? I'm not a big fan of Patreon so I was considering using SubscribeStar in the future instead.
I know it's much more lenient when it comes to NSFW (they even have a dedicated site for 18+ creators!) so that's nice given that Patreon sometimes has issues with such content, and I don't really plan on getting banned you know lol.
But SubscribeStar doesn't support payments via PayPal - both when it comes to withdrawing money as a creator and paying for subs as a watcher.
I could make an account on Stripe or Payoneer, but does it make sense when 99% of people use PayPal anyway?
I'm not sure what to do tbh, I'd rather make a choice now instead of using one platform just to shortly after switch to the other one... but how would I know which one will work best for me without trying both?
I *could* try using both sites at the same time (SubscribeStar and Patreon that is) but I know myself well enough to know that it will just confuse me too much, especially since I've never done such thing before and I'd rather keep things simple.
If any of you reading this have used SubscribeStar before (either as a creator or just a subscriber) then please comment below or send a me a note! I'd love to know what your experiences with this platform are so far and if you could recommend it, or if there are any things worth taking note of that I may not be aware of. Same when it comes to payments, it doesn't matter to me which online banking I use, but I'll have to plan accordingly to accomodate my clients after all.
Thank you all for reading this wall of text ;_;

Proof from Google "Yes, Stripe and PayPal can accept payments from each other's users. Stripe and PayPal are both payment processing platforms that provide businesses with the ability to accept online payments. While they compete in some areas, they can also be used together to provide a wider range of payment options for customers."
At most if you were to run both, I'd look at SS more as a backup than the main event, unless people join it in greater volume.
