Life Update...

So after having a late night between work and crying from stress, I was woken up by my mother in law. She, in the most frustrated Karen tone she mustered, told us she didn't want to move with us anymore and she's abandoning us to move ourselves out. For no other reason than she blames me / thinks I'm lazy and that's why we hadn't found a place yet.
It... honestly hurt, considering I've spent over two months trying to pull everything together... with 0 help.
Despite the turn of events, one of my friends is offering her place to me. The ONLY downside is moving 14 hours away. I, however, have a plan... but I need another 1-2K (1K being the minimum, 2K being the comfortable side with food & stuff) more than I do now. I'm not sure how to scrounge that amount up right now. :'(

By no help I mean it. All food, bills, fees were paid by me. All the home and apartment hunting also me. All the grocery runs, me. All me.

I'm so sorry that you are dealing with all of this. :( I hope things work out and you can be in a better place soon. As a person from the outside that doesn't know the full story, it really sounds like you're better off without MIL moving with you. Even if that makes it harder right now.

My friends say the same thing and they know about everything. It'll be hard but truthfully, mentally it'll be nice once I'm settled in. Thank you. VoV I'm blessed to have such a wonderful friend willing to share her home with me and my birds.
