G'day! Ramblings of the Nomsune ahead!
G'day all!
Merry Christmas. May you all have a safe and happy holiday season, celebrating it with the company of loved ones, however you choose to celebrate!
I am spending the Christmas break here battling Covid, have been sick with it pretty much since I got back from work and it kicked my ass HARD. Ive been laid up in bed for... mmmmm 4 days now with on and off headaches, coughing fits, joint pain, fevers.... its been a blast! I am finally functional enough today that i was able to complete some basic self care things, actually ate and was able to keep down at least half a meal (ive barely eaten anything in days)
In other news, in only a month and a half's time from now, in mid Feb, i till be visiting
and staying in the US for 7 weeks. We intend to do a big road trip up the west coast, go and stay with 
and her partner for a week, visit Vancouver in Canada, and then attending LVFC towards the end of my stay at the end of march.
Will be the first time since MFF 2017 that I have attended any sort of convention, so if you would like to meet up, come say hi, I will be around at the con :3

I'm glad you're able to get out and to a con! The last one I went to was fanime in 2019, it was fun! I've never been to a furry convention though, most of the ones in my state are too far away rip.

Maybe (just maybe) I might see ya at LVFC! I'll have to see how things swing financially for me X>
I don’t know if I can, but I desperately WAMNA try make LVFC.
I had the reverse peristalsis for about a day, and the fever and aches for a few days. Never lost my smell or taste, though. I was lucky enough to be able to work through it at home, including feeling OK but isolating about a week until I tested clear a couple of times in a row.
My best advice is to 1) hydrate and 2) sleep as much as you need to. I had some really bizarre waking hours when I was working through it.
You are mighty and you can do it!
Also, let me preemptively welcome you back to 'Merica! Hopefully you've brushed up on your tank driving skills
