What animation programs do you reccomend?

This is the header, just read the thing -_-
I wanna try doing some animating but I'm not sure which program will work for me, I use clip studio paint for drawing, but I dislike Animating in it. Which programs would you say is good?

Same, but I don't own any Apple products, If it ever comes to android or PC I might get that however.
