Terms of service (TOS) (WIP)

A WIP for Terms of Service, note that some things may change in the future, but at least it gives a general idea on what the client is getting into. Also helps organize things.
-Payment method: Paypal only. USD only. (maybe EUR, but keep in mind that there are conversion fees). No e-checks. I always send invoices.
-I reserve my right to refuse any offer.
-Payment must be done upfront. If the drawing is half done, refunds will be only the half, if not yet, commissioner can request a full refund. I don’t do refunds once the drawing is finished.
-Do not use the Paypal chargeback feature, anyone who does this without telling me will be blacklisted from future commissions.
-No rude clients, please, any rude client will be automatically refunded and blacklisted.
-Please specify what commission tier do you want, also if SFW or NSFW (I do both)
-Please, have visual references and no descriptions, descriptions are for designing characters. Designing characters will be a separated type of commission where I can design a character based on prompts, descriptions, parameters, etc.
-Keep in mind, english is not my main language, so please if possible, keep your descriptions short and sweet. You can send me pose reference, if not, you can give me artistic freedom with some drawing prompts or just totally freedom. Also if possible be decided on what you want.
-Alternative versions will cost an extra.
-I always send WIPs, please you can request edits during the WIP phases, I do not edit the commissions once they are finished.
-If there are too many edits, I will have to charge extra.
-If the character is way overdetailed, I will have to charge extra.
-Half body reduces price in half. I don’t do half body sketches. Only flat colors and shaded drawings.
-Patience, please, you can ask me for updates, but do not press me asking when the drawing will be done. If I forgot something, you are free to tell me and I'll edit the drawing.
-I do not work with limited dates.
-(Important, because I have other things to do IRL and I have to study, all I'm asking is patience, commissions open will depend of when I have them announced open, thank you for understanding!)
-I reserve my right to share the finished drawings on my sites/social media unless if the commission is stated as private.
-I always send the high resolution of the drawing via Google Drive, Dropbox, Imagevenue, e-mail, etc.
-Because of inflation and taxes/bills, I tend to raise prices from time to time. Note that the FA commission tab is outdated, since editing a price sheet takes less time, so please ignore it.
-Please do ask before using my ocs in NSFW situations, some of them are open characters, some not and there are too many to list here. I don't draw my main fursona "Snek" (or possible other sonas) in NSFW situations. I don't draw my ocs OOC (out of character). I can draw all my ocs in SFW.
-I don't ship my characters with other people's characters (exceptions are friends only). Some topics/stories are exclusively for commissions only and non-canon.
-If you are using other people's characters and/or fursonas involved, be sure that you have their permission to draw them.
-I can also color other people's lineworks, that will cost half of the price of a full colored commission. Be sure that you have the artist's permission and the linework in full resolution. (the same prices apply if you want to upgrade a commission I did that it was a colored sketch or inking/flats).
-If you commissioned a lineart from me you are allowed to color it or have another artist coloring it.
-Please do not use my work to be fed on AI machines, or to be finished on AI machines.
-Drawings are for personal use only. Do not repost my work for monetary gain. I don't take commissions for re-sales (because I'll have to ask for % and I really don't want to deal with that).
-If you are re-selling a character that I've designed, please don't resell it for a higher price.
-If you are re-selling a character that involves my drawings on it, don't do it for a higher price.
-If you bought a character from me in the past, you are free to do them whatever you want.
-You can re-share the commission in your websites/social media, etc.
My work mostly focuses on vanilla and casually light kinks/fetish (ie: costumes, light bdsm, etc) . I don't draw fetish related artwork nor extreme fetish stuff.
My style focuses on a mix between anthro characters and anime. I can also draw things like Spiral Knights, chibis, anime, kemonomimi, rule34 as long as it matches my style. I don't currently draw feral. Anything that's pokemorph, digimorph, and related is ok. I can also draw size difference.
For NSFW images, I tend to do human genitalia.
I draw any gender, any species, any pairings, and several body types from thin, chubby, curvy, muscular, etc. as long as it's not extreme proportions.
THINGS I DON'T DRAW:
-Bestiality
-Complicated mecha//armors
-Overdetailed cosplays ((might cost an extra))
-Scat and watersports
-Inflation
-Diapers
-Rape//torture porn
-Vomit
-Guro, gore (a bit of blood, wounds and scars are alright, same with fight scenes)
-Cub, shotacon, lolicon.
-Transformation, TF.
-Vore//digestion
-Hyper (bit genitalia and size difference is fine as long as it doesn’t cross the "hyper" line)
-Unbirth
-Extreme proportions.
-Ugly bastards.
-Political or religious messages.
