A few of you might already know, but since I haven't mentioned really here yet, I figure I should- I've been pretty unwell. It's nothing that won't improve slowly with time but For a few months now the amount of time in a day that I'm able to work and be at my computer has been very very very limited. I've been using that time to make sure my paid slots have been getting their work delivered, but even still I'm falling a little behind. Everything is still getting worked on, albeit slowly xD

I'm sorry for the lack of posts here in the last few months, both for art and just in general. I keep hoping things will improve enough to get back to normal (they will eventually), but at this current moment it's been impossible to get some extra time to set up things to share here. I'm usually working til I absolutely can't and sending the finished piece to the commissioners as I'm falling asleep xD

Freebie streams will see a return when I've recovered more. I miss doing them, but At the moment I currently can't get together the time to do them when the time I have for computer work has to be spent on paid slots. I know a ton of you are waiting on your free pieces to be posted but I have to prioritize screen time on paid work for now! I appreciate the patience with this. I've been having some negative thoughts about the freebie streams lately too, and I feel like maybe the distance from them short term might help me with that. They should be fun for everyone (including myself) and it truly hasn't entirely been for me lately. I don't want to resent them and hate doing them every week.

Picarto has been more garbage of a site then usual lately and frankly I'm tired of supporting a service that just doesn't work. One of the paid premium features is priority support and picarto has litterally never even messaged me back once over the years. I'm tired and want to stream somewhere I know my viewers can click and see me for sure, and whisper me knowing I'll actually get it. Where I can make a report and something is done about it, even if that thing is telling me they cant do anything. I'm thinking I'll be trying out piczel when my sub is up on picarto this month. If you have a streaming service that allows adult art content that you like to use, please let me know and I'll check it out too!

My final part of this update is that there will be another price adjustment soon, I'm just working on getting the graphics together. My art has been improving imo in the year since my last increase, which has meant I've been spending longer on it. In recent months a huge chunk of my pieces I wind up earning less then 3$ an hour paid on, and my average is currently 5$ paid an hour. After paying buisiness expenses/taxes, conversion fees, processor fees etc, my take home is between 2-3$ per hour cad on average. This ofc with limited hours that I am able to work means I make far less in a week then is sustainable, esp while living in a high COL city. The price change will reflect a more fair rate for the time spent on a piece and will move more in line with the average offers from pwyw. (Which btw, has been super encouraging in this move! I'm so scared that I'll scare people off with a price shift, but a lot of people tell me I'm criminally undercharging, so knowing that many people out there have already been supportive of the pricing I have in mind is relieving)

All in all, things are improving slowly, and I'm excited for what 2024 holds! Catch y'all soon :3
