The olden days of 80 bazillion journal comments seem to be a thing of the past, but it's nice to see a little bit of activity here and there.

yeah for sure, it'd be nice if people came back and started interacting more but one can dream haha

I totally agree. I miss the old days where I'd post a story and get a dozen or two comments. They're so much more rare now. Favorites are great and stuff, but it's fun reading what people actually think.

Same thought, and you can just refrain you to comment when you see "posted by postybird" so an automated way to publish picture everywhere with someone at the other side that may not even log into the site.

at the opposite I don't understand why people still post comment where there is already 12548 comment, that's sure no one will ever read them!

And sometime you want to post but you know you're on the black list only when you press "add reply"

In the "old forums days" only admin could block people now you didn't even know why you where blacklisted.

With the algorithmic bubbles, peoples also see only things that are the same, so just unintentionally pop the bubble by saying, "it's great in blue but It would be better in green" to a blue only lover and get instant ban

all this make you comment less and less

ngl, I often feel like my comments are copypasta from everyone else but I try to leave something sincere when I do comment

It's hard to know what's accepted on a new site, sometimes I want to comment but don't know if it's an odd thing to do! Guess it depends on the artist, huh? Even though I'm new here I try to get over myself and comment anyway! I've been really enjoying seeing all your headshots pop up on my watchlist ^.^
