A NEW beta feature called "CLIPS" allows voice chat to be recorded. You have to dig up the new setting and manually OPT-OUT.
Go into your User Settings and UNCHECK the option under CLIPS to opt out. NO ONE was sent a message stating this was happening.

Mind you, ANYONE can STILL record ANYTHING. THIS just means it's not STUPID EASY if you opt-out AND (in court) might indicate a LACK of (phoney-baloeny) consent to be recorded. And ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS presume utter RATFINK FEDS ARE recording everything, consent be damned. Assume every last damned one is a fscking commie-fascist. (CLUE: The ONLY reason anyone says Nazis/Fascists are RIGHT is that LEFTY ARSCHLOCH STALIN said so. THEY ARE ALL LEFTISTS. What's right? Read Jefferson and the Bill of Rights THOSE are "RIGHT" in the U.S. of A.)

Thank you for the heads up about that. I heard about the Clips feature, but not about the optional opt-out feature! :O
