Nervous about PC upgrade coming up

So, I bought the following things for a PC upgrade, using the funds from my fundraisers, donations from others, and other commissions:
Motherboard: ASRock B760 PG Riptide (Refurbished)
CPU: Intel Core i5 12400F (new)
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 FTW (used/good, may be refurbished)
RAM: 32GB DDR5 Corsair Vengeance (new)
Hard Drives: 1 TB SABRENT Rocket Q SSD PCIe NVMe 2280 PCIe M.2 and Seagate IronWolf ST4000VN006 4TB (both new)
Wireless Card: Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX201 M.2 2230 Module (used)
This'll go with my IBuyPower CHIMERA 4S CASE GAMING CHASSIS, AIO water cooling unit, 850 watt power supply, and generic blu-ray player. I hope I got the right pieces, otherwise this will be a failed build, and I would've wasted precious money to get the stuff for nothing.
Any computer heads out there able to help me out with whether or not this build will go well? Did I get the right parts for this, or did I goof? Please let me know. Thanks.
