I mentioned some of the recent large scale missile/drone attacks on Ukraine and Russia in Journals a few weeks ago so I thought it would be fair to mention today's news of a lot of civilian casualties in the city of Donetsk (internationally recognized as Ukraine, claimed and currently controlled by Russia) where according to the local officials at least 27 people were killed and 25 wounded. I'm not going to comment on the circumstance of the event or who is responsible because that doesn't change the suffering of the civilians in the Donbas region.
