I’m feeling so anxious and worried for my brother, he called me last night, he was having a panic attack, his voice was shaking on the phone, I felt so bad and sorry for him. He cried, it hurt and broke my heart to hear him cry, I felt so helpless, I wanted to do something to help, I could only talk to him to try and calm him, he’s in the hospital now, I wanted to cry too, my chest was hurting, I’m very sorry..
