If you are an argument whose premises imply its conclusion: you are valid
Sponge Bob... Is that like Boy George
History, or as the kids call it, IRL Lore
One time a jeopardy question asked for the two feuding families in Romeo and Juliet, and all that came to mind was “The Capulets and the Romulans”
Neither I, the stove, the microwave, or the clock radio want it to be an hour later. The phone and computer are the only ones insisting on it. There’s a culture war in my house now.
Bands: You get ONE song to sing about your band, and ONE song to sing about your genre. After that, you'd better have some subject matter.
There's too much content. Everyone needs to stop making content until I can get caught up.
You’d think *I* would have been the first to use the tag #chickenizedreversecentaurs
I just tried to pinch-zoom on a physical book. I'm finished, put me in a boomer comic.
Book I’m reading makes passing mention of a four-armed alien and I get a burst of joy but I’m also mad they’re not the main character >:(
Top story tonight: Two birds found dead by the bush. Forensics determined the same weapon was used on both, a single stone, suspected to be the same one used to vandalize a glass house last week.
Ok so it turns out that news article was a hoax, but the fact that I believed it just goes to show how crazy reality has become and NOT how gullible I am
When two people are intensely debating something you know nothing about:
"Bunny is a rider" by Caroline Polachek
"Bunny ain't no kind of rider" by Of Montreal
I’ve been using all the machines at the gym lately and getting a good routine, but my legs were never as sore as the day after I was squatting to interact in vrchat
From now on I’m pronouncing Machamp the same way as Duchamp. Only problem is that it sounds a bit too much like Marshtomp.
Update: It turns out Machamp is actually Scottish and should be spelled and pronounced MacHamp

I love when speech bubbles contain only pictures.
Ever make pasta and go “mmmm, that’s some good steel cut durum wheat semolina”
A student probably meant to wish me a nice day but said in an email “May you have a nice dream” which is honestly much better
Speedrunning a fresh OS installation
Me at 5 years old: *Memorizes the powers of 2 up to 2^20*
Me at 35 years old: *Didn't know the fine details of rice harvesting, but imagined it was more or less just scooped out of the ground in its white pill form*

Haha, nice one, Hex.
If only there was a way to include the "sticks and stones may break my bones" one as well. But, that's probably going way too far to do three.
It's that post of yours that reminded me of how I feel so clever and genius coming up with my posts in the moment. But when I look back at them, I think, "What was I doing?" So silly.
"Ok so it turns out that news article was a hoax, but the fact that I believed it just goes to show how crazy reality has become and NOT how gullible I am"
I'm stealing that one... :)
Ah, the memories. Back when Linux Install-fests were a thing.
