These are my current commission Terms of Service. By requesting a commission from me, you are agreeing to these terms.

Requesting a Commission
- If you would like to order a commission from me, you may send me a note here, a DM on my Tumblr, a DM on my Bluesky, or email me at snepfeathers@gmail.com. Email or Google Drive will be used to send final products to prevent image compression.
- If you would prefer to message over Discord or Telegram that can be arranged, although you'll have to ask me for them privately.
- You must be over the age of 18 to commission NSFW or kink art.

Payments
- Commission prices are listed here.
- Payment is expected upfront. I will not begin a commission without receiving payment. Full upfront payment is preferred, although I am willing to work out payment plans as needed.
- Payment will be handled through PayPal invoices. I do gladly accept tips - they're not expected, but they are greatly appreciated. You can tip me through Ko-fi or directly on PayPal. If PayPal does not work for you, ask me about alternative payment options.
- Full refunds are only available if I have not yet started on your commission. Partial refunds are possible, depending on how much work was completed for your commission. I will only refund for the amount of work not yet completed. (EX: If you order a shaded fullbody and ask for a refund after the line art is done, you would only get refunded the price difference between a shaded piece and a line art piece.)

Process, Progress, and Updates
- I will provide you with updates throughout the completion of your commission. You may request an update at any time, although I will always at least send updates at the sketch, line art, flat color, and shading stages as applicable.
- You may request adjustments when I send these updates, although if you request a major update late in the process, I may not be able to fix it without additional payment (EX: if you request that I change the pose when the piece has already been lined and colored, it would raise the price. If the same request were made during the sketching stage it would not cost anything extra.) If you're confused about if a change would cost extra or why a certain change costs extra, I'd be happy to explain it.
- My progress on commissions and other owed art will be tracked on my monthly To-Do List.
- Most pieces take less than a month to complete, although depending on complexity and my availability they may take longer at times. If you need your commission by a certain date, please be sure to let me know upfront so I can plan accordingly. If you need it completed in less than 72 hours there will be a rush fee.

Use of My Work
- These commissions are meant for personal use, not commercial.
- You may post work you have commissioned from me on your own pages or use it as an icon, just make sure to credit me as the artist (preferably linking back to either my FurAffinity or Tumblr profile).
- If you commission a piece from me, you may edit and post it as you'd like as long as the appropriate credit is given. (For example, coloring in line art or shading a flat color piece.)
- If a piece was not made for you, you may not repost it without explicit permission. If the piece in question is a commission, you will need explicit permission from the commissioner as well.

Content I'm Willing to Draw
This section will likely change a lot as I experiment more and learn more of my strengths and squicks.
I am by and large a fatfur artist, and would prefer to stay in that area. That being said, I'm willing to try drawing a number of different things.
Depending on what type of content you order, I may charge more than my usual prices or refuse your commission outright. For now, upcharges are calculated as a percentage of the initial cost. It's generally a case-by-case basis, so if you have something in mind, just ask. I WILL NOT draw cub, loli, or any other type of underage NSFW.
