I'm very sorry buddy. I've been the same a year ago, and it's really self-destroying.

Know you'll always have good buddies to talk to (me included) so for real, when you can, please talk to us. We're always here for you, and I've been feeling myself very worried about you recently.

I do apologize I've not been online much, but sadly, I had work. Some of your friends are also busy like me, so unfortunately, we can't all be online much.

Just know you'll always have people trying to cheer you up, I hate to see you feeling bad, and I'm trying my best to help you getting back on your feet.
Even if it takes 1, 2, 6 months or even a year, I'm sure you'll be able to get rid of it, like I did.
