I have completed Noxumbra Files! 17 chapters with all the parts, over 84,000 words! This is officially my first novel! I have written my first BOOK!
So I am assembling it into a book! I am collecting all of the chapters together into one big collection. This will be a digital-only book, but you will have options of the format: doc, pdf, or epub. Since I have been releasing all of the chapters for free, I'm going to be distributing it using itch.io in a pay-what-you-want format. This way you can get it free, or you can throw some money at me, which would be nice, since money is a little tight right now.
However, I still need a few things. Most importantly: I need a cover. So this is where I turn to my community (you lot). Who wants to make the cover for my first ever book!?
What I would like is simple. A clean (G-rated) piece of the two main characters, Tag and Ginny, back to back in a side profile view. Tag looking either sad or determined, and Ginny with a wild grin. The background should be simple. Either a wall, an alley, a modern city in silhouette, cloudy night sky, or just a dark gradient. Something I can still put the title of the book on (I can add that part after).
Now, I'm not asking people to just donate their time and skills. I am willing to pay for this as a commission, and you will be given credits as the cover artist, and I will link to your account (should you wish).
If you are interested in this, please send me a private message. Let me know what your price for a piece like this would be, and maybe a link to any other work, so I can get an idea of what it might look like. Unfortunately, I have little in the way of references, but I can also give you better descriptions of the two characters. Please keep in mind, I am not flush with money right now (thus why I'm selling a book!), but I will try to keep pricing in mind.

(Also XP if you need, I just commished a character for a friend and the artist so far is REALLY bringing the character to life! It looks great! And with no prior ref sheet or anything! I only had words and some random pieces of un-related art to show for things like clothing, facial expressions and what not. Lemme know if you're interested and I can get the info to ya.)
