Need help with an idea

Okay people, I'm in a rut. I need something new to draw and Mc Steel gave me this idea. I thought you guys could help me out. I want to make up a new character unlike my others. Perhaps something I havnt tried yet. ;) I want it to be a panther though.
I want you guys to come up with a gender (male, female, herm, ect), personality (how he or she acts), stuff like that. Other things are appearances such as (hyper boobs or dick, preg, fat, buff, macro, huge ass, ect.) Also special power, if he or she can (change size, fly, breath fire, use magic, ect.) Any thing goes, you can make him or her as (kind, perverted, slutty, bubbly, bitchy, gay, fun loving, ect,) as you want. <3 But remember, I want to try something I havnt done before, but not anything too weird such as scat and stuff.

Other: She has a thin but shapely body, tone but not muscular. When she get's embarrassed, her boobs tend to grow along with her butt and hips/thighs. When her lower end grows, they don't tend to grow that much, usually they would strain what pant's she might be wearing with maybe small rips but her breasts tend to have more growth. The biggest they ever been would be maybe an I cup.
At work, customers try to embarrass her to make her pop out. The Cafe she works at is popular because people knows that there's a waitress that works there that fleshes out more in the right places the more she get's nervous.

She deflates back to her normal size after a couple of hours of being calm.

Other: Despite his huge size and bulk, he is a LOT smarter than he looks. He mainly takes on targets larger than himself, dispatching them by killing them first then swallowing their corpse whole.
