My Cousin from my Uncle Gary's (passed away few years back) son passed away from unknown causes currently.

Uncle Gary is a brother to my Dad who passed away 1st and then unfortunately........my Dad.

Also I hardly know Uncle Gary's son very well at any time, just mostly rare occurrences.

But I can do say this, the house they still lived in that my Uncle Gary built with other people have mold problems and problematic conditions of living there at least.

Didn't know what other issues it could've been, but I can say it is what probably caused issues for Uncle Gary to have cancer I think it was and now it has taken another one which is his son. My Aunt is taking it pretty hard despite even thou her son is in his 40s.

Overall, all that I can say to myself is that I'm fortunate enough to not be in their shoes whatsoever.
