As per my last journal, my prices have been increased to $0.02 per word with the up-front portion of the cost also increasing from $5 to $10. Additionally, including explicitly human characters in a story now incurs an additional $5 fee.

Keep in mind that this does not apply to commissions already in the queue or commissions with multiple parts that have already had at least one part queued.
