March Commission Slots Closed

It's SPRING. Okay it's like we're at Spring's front door, sometimes feels like we're about by the mailbox even but it's something. Gotta pay taxes this month and next month my car insurance, so slots are many and I am a hopeful Char :>
Also! Put a 'pending' by the reservation slots because I am waiting on these to give me confirmation they're still wanting a project. No pending means I've heard back. This is mostly for my own notes, and because I did not poke people the day before to ask. What happens a bit is people push the project or don't want a commission, so check back to see if this empties--it means I have a slot open!
