I just learned Akira Toriyama passed away
Dragon Ball Z is what got me into watching Anime in the first place. I also loved Dr. Slump Thank you Akira Toriyama you will be missed!

Definitely a sad loss. He also did the character/monster designs for the Dragon Quest games (I’m currently replaying the 3DS remake of VII, and it is amazing), and I suppose this now makes the fate of XII uncertain.
