setting this journal up as warning symptoms of the H1N1 virus or swine flu, starting symptoms:

1) sudden sore throat
2) loss of voice
3) Head ache
4) Body ache
5) constant coughing
6) High Fever

note that the swine flu is not perm. it will last for 1-2 weeks and u must be quarintined away from others and wear a face mask in order not to get anyone sick, symptoms may come back without warning even after u are feeling better, last few symptoms of the virus ending is just a small cough. My suggestion is not to go out period, if the weather is very cold then it will make ur cough worse
