Still here man, although once in a while I end up staying up through the night to end up feeling sleepy by the time 8pm/9pm comes around the next night when I finally fall asleep and get better sleep.

Same here. While I do get sleep, once in a while I start to feel this hunger sensation that I didn't have enough food and such, so I end up overeating in order to sleep through the night, or end up drinking some caffeinated beverage I wasn't supposed to drink. But oh well, it happens.
