Tomorrow I'll open commissions at this same hour.

Also, there are 2 new rules for the comic slot:
-The first one, the comic commission is always the last one to do on the queue, after finishing all TF sequences commissions.
-The second one, a person cannot win the comic slot in 2 consecutive rounds, unless no one else has requested that slot after 24 hours.
