Xefferrr Commission Reviews
Haiya there! Thanks so much for commissioning me! 🩷
If you are interested, I am seeking honest reviews from my clients, describing their experience talking with me & how satisfied they are with my work.
Clients will be given the google form link in Notes or Email once commissions are fully paid & completed. You're also welcome to leave a comment on this journal, if forms aren't your thing :^)
Possible talking points:
🩷What product did you order? (Animation, YCH, acrylic painting, laminated charm, textile?)
🩷Were you satisfied with the amount of information given? Meaning works in progress (WIPs), payment information, how to contact me & begin the ordering process.
🩷Was Xefferrr pleasant to talk to? (Customer service)
Are you satisfied with the finished quality of your commission? (Looks nice?)
Physical products only
🩷In what condition did you receive your shipment? Was it missing/irreparably damaged, arrive just as new & in great condition, something in the middle? (Please wait 2 months before declaring items as missing, weather / holidays / international travel often cause delays & are out of my control.)
🩷What is the physical quality of your product? Does it look professional, is durable, generally looks great? Is it falling apart, like peeling paint or undone seams? Somewhere in the middle?
🩷(I encourage you to let me know how it does down the line, like in 1+ years! I have known my laminations & sewn products to last 5+ years before any damage, but want to look out for possible flaws.)

"The long period between emails made me uneasy. While I was warned that it would not be as fast as the last commission (the last one got done in a weekend while this one took around a week), I was worried about missing an email when I wasn't looking, making me have to constantly check to see if a new one got posted. I understand that this is more of a me issue and that commission are not your #1 priority when compared to family and work, so you can probably ignore this. I just had to be honest about my feelings."

What would you want improved in a future order?
"A type of border for double-sided laminate commissions to allow for invisible border, like a single-sided laminate allows."

"Absolute pleasure working with you! Friendly, professional, and focused on the work."
Thank you for your order! <3 I had a lot of fun with your project, especially the hair. That was the most complex animation I did in 2024. I've been using it as my main example of lined color ever since!
This was submitted in August, so sorry I did not see this sooner! @_@

"You were very flexible and friendly to work with! I appreciate how willing you were to make changes, regardless of how picky. You were welcoming and patient, which means a lot to an anxious commissioner like myself. Thank you for being so generous and chill to commission. Hope to do it again in the future. <3"
Thank you for your order! <3 It was a nice change of pace to have a smaller project, the result was cute.
