Working on creating a new character! And I want your help in making him!
So far I've come up with a scalie/fish/alien hybrid. I plan to have him have a prehensile penis, or multiple prehensile peni. Fins on the back of his/or neck or both, down his back. Fairly tall/taller than average. Long prehensile tail, possibly can turn into a phallus tip, possible to create large amounts of pure clean water from his body?
I havent decided on anything other than those details

Don't have much more to add, but you could give him a bodily secretion he could combine with the water to make bubbles.
If he's a hybrid...do you want him to have a ability where he can change form or in a better term ALTER it? to look like the creatures he imitates? like scales for the lizard part. Or reveals gills for underwater?
