Sorry for the lack of posting recently. Roxy's tumor was examined and it shed some light on things. First off, it wasn't a low grade tumor like the vet thought with the first set of tests, the secondary tests showed that it's a high grade tumor. Secondly, the test showed that it was unfortunately not fully removed (this was due to it being deep under the muscle layer and being close to her spine). So right now, it's just a wait and hope it doesn't regrow or spread situation. Luckily, she has been very happy and energetic and her recovery from surgery went very well.

Needless to say but I haven't been in the best mental state right now and this has affected my art. I'm going through burnout as well and I haven't opened any more slots because I don't want anyone to get a piece that isn't up to my usual standards.

I may open an occasional single slot or limit them to flat colors until I'm back into the swing of things again. I may also offer base edits and adopts in the meantime as they are a lot quicker for me to do and cheaper than any of my art options.

I'll make another post once I decide to open up commissions again.
