nearly there now ... well in the bureaucratic sense .. signing bits and hoping the managers are professional ... the first location is best in terms of location but a few qualms about the age and size of the house itself (the ceiling is 7 feet tall) ... its location is interesting and has its own private boat dock near a local body of water which is an odd plus

the other location (if the first fails) will be a bit farther north than i would like but its got its own draws and drawbacks ... anyways ... both looking forward to and against the move ...

so if i am slow its because most of my energy is spent into that
