Women in the fandom
I understand many fandoms are "boys only" club for many years
1-star wars
2-star trek
3-LOTR
4-Sports
5-Video Games
6-Anime/Manga
7-Furry Fandom
and overtime many women have entered these spaces with alarming backlash at first but over time it mellowed out but for furry fandom, I feel likes its much worst because its mostly gay males, doing their best to push Lesbians, Straight(male/female) bisexual and transgenders out because they were some of first who used the fandom as outlet they don't want others to do the same thing.
But it seems like twitter makes this mindset more toxic and spreads out and makes us all look bad.

That being said, it might heavily depend on the sub communities that you are exposed to. I'm mainly active in discord communities since twitter is just hell incarnate so maybe I'm just around way different people?
But I definitely agree, it is a very cis male dominated space.
You should stop listening to Cancel Pigs on Twitter. They kill people now.
That said, there are invissible walls with in the furry fandom, that keeps certain sexualities or genders more concentrated.
Take artists that draw heterosexual content. Based on my experience, they tend to be done by strights more than homosexuals, and one can often find female artsits who draw this.
But there are also some women that draws exclussively gay stuff.
Fun fact, a majority of gay fiction is written by women for women wo likes the idea of men on men.
Is this reflected in the furry community? I am not sure, nor can I tell, but it goes to show that one cannot assume that homosexual media is made by homosexuals, nor that gay media is made by gays only.
Then thats their fucking problem
I aint going anywhere and im staying in all Furry Fandom, LOTR, Video Games and Anime
