Injury... birthday... stress... personal journal

I had an accident yesterday and hurt my hand seriously. Its also my bday next week, so I need to take some time off and heal ;; very stressed out but it is what it is.
so far I've decided to not seek medical attention, as it's too expensive for me to swallow at the moment. for now, it seems to be not infected and manageable, so that's all I can hope for xD
it wouldn't be such a big deal, but I've got a lot of cleaning and such to do before family flies out to visit me, so as you can imagine, stress levels are a bit high
so I'm gonna be a bit quiet for a while, hopefully healing and enjoying time with my family

I've got cotton gloves that I use. Dollar store stuff, nothing too special. Machine wash, hang dry only. Then fingerless fall/spring weather gloves over the cotton gloves for a tighter fit.
