Maybe you know some site where you can upload a photo, description, link.
It would be great if there was also a “wish fulfillment” function, so that someone could anonymously give me what I want.

https://throne.com/ - Wishlist functionality. Keeps your personal details private. Not yet available in Ukraine.
https://youpay.co/ - Similar to Throne but is available in Ukraine.
https://blessa.io/ - Allows you to create a wishlist but transfers you the money for the item via Stripe, rather than shipping the item. Theoretically should work for anyone able to use a Stripe account.

If you click on a store, it opens a new page that you can fill out with information, including pasting a link to the product.

It mentions a gift card though, but I checked, & the option for gift cards & direct payments aren't available in Ukraine, apparently?!

I'm not sure if there are other ways to do this, I had a look at the "How to add a gift" section but it's a bit vague.

There was also a youtube video from a store that's partnered with them that said
"1. Add products to your shopping cart
2. Click the YouPay link to create a special link to your shopping cart.
3. Send the special link to the person you'd like to pay for your products."
I don't know how widely available this function is though.
Let me know if you get it working! If not, I'll make an account too & see if I can work it out. I'm not sure how much if defferes between countries. It might be worth talking to customer support to see if they can help you more specifically.
