Hmm, how about some water pokemon like vaporeon and inteleon? The aquatics surely process liquid fast and also are used to being able to pee whenever they want if they were living in the water...

Maybe some arts about Niichi the ninja? Y'know, ninjas would usually wear tight cloth belts around their waists (like the belt Goku wears in Dragonball), and I'm sure there are circumstances Niichi would struggle to tighten the belt around her full full little bladder sometimes, and it only gets more excited when she has to do so in the middle of a mission... if you know what I mean ;)
