Whenever it comes to people drawing Shiny, usually my only agreement with people is that they don't use Shiny in anything mature or otherwise inappropriate. Overall I see it as a great honor if people feel inspired to use my Totodile mascot in their projects and I treasure especially the ones where Shiny gets to spend time with a fellow community member's character/s.
