About reposting my art elsewhere...

I wasn't lying about my ability to find out when my art is posted elsewhere. And especially when I haven't done it myself. I think a few of you know what was reposted, and by who, and where you found it. I won't reveal any of that info publicly. Put the pitchforks away, they're not in trouble.Instead, let me lay down a few ground rules going into the future and some reasons behind it:#1. You may post my work elsewhere if it fits one of the following:
- It is credited directly back to me and posted in favorable taste to showcase MY work.
- Have commissioned it in exchange for money.
- It is a gift done for you.
- IF it doesn't fall into any of the above, but I have given you explicit written permission.#2. No modifications, captions or manipulations without permissionSeriously, if you're modifying my work, you're like halfway to making exactly what you need anyway. Hell, if you just ask me I'd be happy to produce some alts for you silly!#3 Absolutely NO generative AI sampling, training or manipulation using my workI have worked incredibly hard to get where I am (basically one paw outside the door so... not very far :p ) But I won't stand knowing that my blood, sweat and tears have been used to power up a soulless automaton to perform a distinctly human function far better than I ever will. And seriously, anybody can fucking draw, stop treating like it's a luxury gift of the 'talented'.#4 Don't steal my artSelf-explanatory. Do you ever wonder why in warfare, one side has to weigh up whether they should deploy a weapon into a conflict? It's because they open the battleground up for their opponents to do the same. Steal from me and you allow me to do the same to you.Don't get me wrong, having my work exposed to a wider audience is great! When it's done for the right reasons. And so I address my little reposter directly: By my new rules, you're in the clear. I can see the link back to me and from what I gather, you're just showcasing my work to an imageboard! Just a heads up though, next time you repost the work of someone you haven't yet, give them a bit of notice yeah? It's quite a shock to see your work on somewhere you frequent ;3
