Positive thinking and Positive vibes

Trying to focus on these things in my own life. Had a bit of a spat of worsening depression not to long ago and slowly been crawling out of it. I’d let things build up and kept it to myself and thought I’d be doing all my friends a favor by “not being a burden.” As one could expect, it didn’t work, only made me worse off over time and did none of my friends or fam any favors by either making them worry or pushing them away which wasn’t any better.
So if ya are going through it reach out to your loved ones, friends or the offered ear. Sometimes when nothing else works talking it out can help. And sometimes (like how I experienced) ya need to talk it out a lot; And a couple different times. Not every great villain goes down in one hit after all. So I hope to send to you good vibes, positive well wishes and my belief in you that no matter how many times that villain (stress, anxiety, doubt, apathy) rears it’s head you’ll make it through.

I’m a fairly silly individual regularly so picturing the continued struggle with depression as a shonen action story helps. XD
When the villain arrives power up, if that don’t work, friendship and power up. These things have never not, not worked XD (I think I did my double negatives correctly there )
