I need to move out!

For a week now, me and Devy are having problems with our rented apartment, the floor started cracking up and we have to go to LadyBear's house for two days and continue working on there because the way it happened we were having risks os hurting our feet and even more.
We had to come back to home and yesterday, 24th, when i got out of home to buy some groceries, the energy of some outlets of our apartment exploded, the ones on my side of the table were i plug in my laptop and Huion (graphics tablet) weren't working and before i got out they were both working.
Two outlets extension that i bought and two plug adapters that we used to plug our Huions (graphics tablets) burned by this.
Me and Devy were sleeping one at day and one at night, because since only one of the outlets was working, we needed to take turns so we would be able to work on our commissions, that are our only way of income.
Today morning, when i tried to plug in my Huion to work, the outlet exploded and our apartment energy gone off, i don't know if my Huion still working, i may ask pardon for the bad words next, that's now a vent. I'm fucking stressed as fuck and i hope my Huion didn't stopped worked by this problem, i'll won't have a way of working until we move to a new apartment, we do not care if the owner of this shit will be releasing our contract, he doing the easy way and paying for the damages would be great, IF NOT. We will have to sue, out contract would be have to be renovated my august and we will move out having this contract released or not.
We can not still living on this place, it is basically a room with 15x15 meters that don't have the kitchen and the bedroom separated by anything, only the bathroom is separated from the rest. We pay 1k on this and doesn't feel like our money is well invested since is all breaking down at a pace of 1 week.
I will try to make some icons or ychs so i can gather some amount for the moving, i am feeling very stressed and sad that is all crumbling down this fast, if any of you can help me and Devy ( GoatDevilwhite17 ) by sharing our ychs, it would be very helpful!
