GodIWishThatWereMe has opened 3d model commissions. He prices them on a case by case basis due to 3d modeling being a vastly different medium than 2d art.
His models are very high quality and I quite like both his art and the world that he's built with it, I highly recommend checking him out!
Just keep in mind that making all-new 3d models is very hard, so if you have pokemon characters who already have easily-modifiable models, Error's your guy.
