It's a neat little tool that lets you easily make custom dragons! It's pretty early in development, but already seems pretty versatile, even letting you make wyverns if you want to.
You can also save designs as text if you want. If you're interested, here's my attempt at making Blubby with it (Be sure to remove the new line part):
