Thanks, Alex ❤️ In all honesty I'm still not out of the woods with it 🙁. But at least I'm safe and taken care of. It won't kill me for sure. I feel a bit hopeless about it, but I know it can't last forever and day will come when things will be ok again. But it's very dark and I'm very tired for now 😔.

When the sky is dark it's important to find the time and space to find rest and respite. All the better if it's in the company of people you cherish that brighten up the quiet moments.

A rule of thumb I'll share from my line of work I often teach to my clients:
Oftentimes the worst company you can keep when you're feeling dreary is your own. You know exactly what to say that will upset you. What will drag you down and keep you fixated on the gloom. It's exactly in those times you should try your best to be in the company of people who's words mean something to you. Self isolation is the quickest way to trap yourself with the one person best equipped to make you feel worse. Lean on your loved ones when and where you can. Listen to their words in place of your own. <3

I can't offer much as just a fellow fluffy stranger wandering around the internet, I don't know the full scope of what you're dealing with, but no one in the wide world ever flourishes when they self isolate when dealing with the gloom of a negative headspace.
