Temporary difficulties

Hey, guys!
My life has been a bit of a mess for the last few months. My dad got sick with an unpleasant rheumatological disease and they still can't give him an accurate diagnosis. The pills he's taking now have terribly unpleasant side effects, which makes him feel bad too. To this was added the viral disease that my parents are currently suffering from, and the specific care for my grandmother.
In general, now I have to live with my parents and help them. My financial affairs are not in the best condition right now, I have to work, but family matters are now a priority and because of this my work is stalling.
I am embarrassed in front of my customers for the delay, but it seems that I am not living in the simplest reality right now :\
I promise that I will remember you and do my job in the best possible way!
