If you want, just substitute the plain white with other colors to give it some more variety.
Also I haven't watched you long enough to know what's wrong with you art :v

You have a lot of characters standing, pinups, heads and busts on plain backdrops.
If you want more variety, you could do:
More environments, and characters interacting with environments
More dynamic action poses, with foreshortening of limbs
More interesting angles for faces heads (not only front side or 3/4)
More storytelling in illustrations

Try something new and push outside your comfort zone!

Throwing bits of colour onto the background doesn't take much time at all and makes pics seem a lot fuller (Just check out the stuff I have, )

I actually like your art as is since the style is very appealing to me. I think you could always explore more interactions between characters.

Sometimes i'll get too lazy to draw in a second or third character, haha. Laziness is a big prob for me so i'll have to work on that.

I know the power of laziness. I'm procrastinating right now :P

Maybe attempt bolder colouring. Like, flat colour like you may do and then instead of going for a darker blue(like for the shadow of a light blue shirt), go for the complementary colour or maybe a better way to put it, go beyond the local colours. Use colours you wouldn't think of using. Exaggerate the colours more.
Be more expressive.
hmm, I believe that I may not be explaining my suggestion properly. If you like the thought(if it even makes sense), I can get examples, I will need to take some pictures of such examples tho'.

Pretty much what everyone else has been saying about backgrounds, but I have no room to agree really, cause I hardly post anything with immense backgrounds and stuff. Lately I've just been posting sketches and small characters with no backgrounds.

So. I really dig your style as it is right now, don't change too much! Your gallery was so much fun to browse through! :D
