Definitely something harsh, but I've had worse, blocked either by faving someone's gallery or blocked after chatting with someone then "Sorry, I'm not interested in talking with you anymore".

Some people are weird

some people are just rude and mean that way... they just want to make you feel i have to say upset..

There are some very weird people out there. I've suddenly found myself blocked faving an artist I've watched for years, despite never commenting or doing any hot takes anywhere, only faving. A couple I found out why, one blocked all their watchers out of some kind of anger at the whole world. The other one was over my having a non anthro character. They had drank the "non anthro is zoo no matter how smart it is" koolaid 🙄

I had a user who blocked me 2 years ago after sending him a nice note. Outrageous.

People just want any excuse to feel like they’re right and will block in advace to avoid listening to any reason. Someone once bought a ych from me and was very clearly trying to get me to RP while I was trying to figure out the details of picture and payment. MONTHS later they sent me an upsetti message about how I was somehow wrong for not RPing with them, how I should have “picked up on their hints”. And how they hated “regular borring conversatons.” Like, bruh. 1, I don’t RP in private messages without EXPLICIT concent. I could see that they were hinting, but at no point did they ask “hey, can we RP?” 2, I never consented to participating in it nor wanted to even if they had explicitely asked. They said they liked being in character, I said I didn’t mind that, but never did I say I would participate or be in character as well. 3, THEY contacted ME about purchasing artwork. Wtf else did they think I was gonna be focusing the conversation on other than the details of the piece they wanted and how they were gonna pay for it? Tdlr; someone tried to RP with me in a space where it wasn’t appropriate or invited, without my consent, and got mad when I didn’t want to participate. Of course they blocked me before I could point out their nonsense.
