I am thrilled and honestly a bit stunned to see that I have been honored with the Best Newcomer Award at World Anvil's World Building Awards 2024. Given the incredible talent and competition, winning wasn't something that I had on my mind. So... a heartfelt thank you to everyone who supported and voted for me!

Reflecting on this past year, where I have poured my heart into crafting the world of After Silence, this recognition feels both surreal and... validating in a way. It never felt like I actually made much progress with After Silence - there is so much lore still to put into writing, so many timelines and maps still to create, so much artwork still left to draw, that I didn't think what I had amounted to much.

So, receiving this award is genuinely unexpected, but also a big motivation to push forward. The journey of writing the first book set in Netherdyn, alongside developing the broader world, is as daunting as it is exciting. I want to share more with you all and show you what I have in mind for this project.

I know FurAffinity is certainly not exactly the prime platform for content outside of furry art and writing, but I hope still, that I can make some of you curious about this project. And knowing me, there are still plenty of enough furry-related content in all my work. I can't help it, after all ;)
