Well it's official, I have lost my job at door dash. Thanks to them wanting to "trim the fat." Despite me being a good employee and working for them for over a year now, they have decided based on my driving record that I can't work for them. I have paid all the tickets that I got and am being a better driver, but despite the fact that I use my own vehicle and own insurance I am now taking a massive pay cut from my monthly income.
