it just plays banner ads for me, no pop-ups. there ARE some really lousy ads, though, that's fur sure.

Same here! And agreed. It’s actually not an ad pop up though, I explained it below this comment if you’re curious to know what it is

Seems like your adblocker is not dong it's job properly, try a different adblocker and see if it gets rid of the pop up and adverts

I use AdBlocker Ultimate on Firefox browser and I never get any annoying adverts or pop-ups ^^

Thank you! It’s actually not an ad popping up, it’s a little window saying “Help support our website. Ads keep our content free for you to enjoy, please consider allowing ads. Thank you!”

The only thing I’m able to press on it is a continue button which just gives instructions on how to turn off various ad blockers. It won’t go away no matter what I do and it’s only happening on my laptop, no other sites either.

I don’t know if it’s some kind of virus or not, but I don’t go on any suspicious sites or anything so idk where it could’ve come from if it is one. Thank you for trying to help tho!

The only other thing I can suggest is to contact FA support
