Respectfully disagree, especially with the idea of it being relevant. Meme be damned, it's a lovely elegant dress and that will never be out of fashion.

And I mean, it does bare the hips but I peronally have always just seen hips as a complement to the bust anyway. The dress is also classy decolletage, the bare hips are just somehting extra.
